Motivational Interviewing coaching facilitates higher retention and expertise in the use of MI. Trainings lay the foundation of knowledge while coaching strengthens the application. In this journey, I will walk alongside you in honing your MI skills, deepening your knowledge base, and instilling more confidence when having MI conversations with clients.

Initial Individual Coaching Session- $120
As your MI coach, I create an engaging space where we can focus on your journey with motivational interviewing, identify your strengths and evoke change to increase expertise, and make a plan to achieve your goals.

Ongoing Coaching Sessions- $100
Focusing on specific goals each session that were identified by you.

MITI Coding and Feedback-$50
Providing written assessment on a submitted 12-15 minute recording of a motivational interviewing conversation with specific feedback to determine and encourage growth in MI fidelity.
Implementation Contracts
Providing services of consultation and skill building in leadership to promote on-going learning and implementation strategies in organizational learning.
Trainings
Offering virtual workshops to provide foundational motivational interviewing knowledge for groups of up to 10 learners at a time.
Organization Contracts
Providing bulk services of ongoing individual coaching sessions, MITI coding and feedback, and connecting with leadership on steps for ongoing implementation.
